Supplies also provides a unique fund-raising initiative
for your little Scholar’s school. Scholars' Supplies
has created a fundraising program for any school or
organization wanting to fundraise. Schools and organizations
will receive 10% of all sales generated by Scholars'
Supplies at their location.
Most
people today can not put a price on their time. No one wants
to have to wait in line or run around from store to store
trying to find all of the items on the school supply list.
Our fundraising program is an easy and convenient way for
parents and students to get their exact school supplies.
Every item on their Teacher’s School Supply List will
be offered.
Our Program is Customized for each Classroom!
Scholars
Supplies will work directly with your school to ensure that
each teacher’s requirements for their class are met. This is
done right down to the style, quantity, quality, color and
even brand name - if there is one which is preferred.
Why choose
another Chocolate Bar, Cookie Dough or even Poinsetta
fundraiser? Why not choose a fundraiser based on
products that will be required for the next school year?
Our program is simple, very affordable and not to mention
convenient. Scholars' Supplies has a Representative in
your area who will provide guidance and answer any and all
questions you may have. Orders are placed in the Spring and
delivered before the first day of school.
All of the
items are conveniently pre-packaged in a personalized and
sturdy school supply Box. Scholars' Supplies takes care
of the complete delivery before the first day of school. And
of course- Delivery is free of charge!
Scholars' Supplies offers two convenient ways for parents
to make their purchase and support their school.
Parents can place their orders and pay
online (we accept Visa
and Mastercard) or they can submit their order directly to the
school (this method would require a cheque made payable to the
school). Schools that have registered in our program
will have their order forms on our website for parents to
access. Once the order is placed – we do the rest.

time with our children and family is something we can not put
a price on. Our objective is to help both schools and their
families within their community grow and appreciate what they

How To Get
Started In the Scholars Supplies

Register
with us
online or call to
register at 647-226-0817.

Your
regional Scholars Supplies Sales Representative will be in
contact with you.

We will
then require your school’s most recent school supply lists
by grade.

We will
then prepare a school supply list for the students of your
school by grade. This is based on each grades exact needs.

If need
be your Scholars Supplies Sales Representative will meet
with your school so that you may view our School Supply Box
and various products. This can be done through a parent
council meeting or through a private meeting with the
school. Marketing materials are available throughout the
program. This includes posters that can be mounted on school
walls and brochures that can be handed out. We can also set
up a display in display cases. Our website offers extensive
products from labels to backpacks and lunch kits. Click

and students can order the complete package for their grade
or they can customize and order only the items they wish to
order. Our support and resources are second to none.

We then
supply you with the school supply lists that your school
will require for each grade. You then distribute a form to
each student. Parents and students can
order online or can
return the order form to the school with a cheque payable to
the school. Together with your sales Representative a
deadline will be determined for all orders to be submitted
by. The deadline will determine that the fundraiser has
ended and then your order will be placed as one order for
your school with Scholars’ Supplies. Your school will
receive 10% of the total sales generated before applicable
taxes.

Supplies will have all school supplies delivered in time
before the first day of the new school year. Individually
packaged and personalized for each child.

school every step of the way through our program. We are here
